How far in advance should I book?

Anything the same day is possible with a 2-hour lead for sedans and SUVs, 4 hours for Sprinters. For weddings, corporate roadshows or holiday weekends we recommend 7+ days. Dispatch answers 24/7 — if we can do it, we'll tell you on the call.

What happens if my flight is delayed, early or diverted?

We track every flight in real time via FlightAware. If you're late, the meter doesn't start until you've actually landed — you're never charged for sitting in the air. If you're diverted to FLL or PBI, the chauffeur repositions automatically and we update you by text.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes — infant, toddler and booster seats available on request at no extra charge. Tell us the child's age and weight when booking and we'll have the right seat installed before the chauffeur arrives.

Can I bring a pet?

Service animals ride free, always. Other pets are welcome in a carrier — small fee applies to cover additional detailing. Just flag it at booking so we assign the right vehicle.

How is tipping handled?

A 20% gratuity is included in every quote — no awkward curbside math, no tip jar, no pressure. If the service exceeded expectations and you'd like to add more, the option exists on the emailed receipt.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sedans and SUVs: free cancellation up to 3 hours before pickup. Sprinters, weddings and hourly-as-directed: 24 hours. After that, a partial charge applies to cover the chauffeur's time. Flight cancellations and weather diversions are handled case-by-case — always in your favor.

Do you run long-distance or interstate trips?

Yes — regular runs to Naples, Tampa, Orlando and cross-state corporate transfers. We also coordinate with vetted affiliates nationally and worldwide, so you can keep the same quiet-luxury standard outside Florida.

Can I request the same chauffeur for return trips?

Absolutely. Most repeat clients do. Tell dispatch who you rode with and — schedule permitting — we assign them again. For multi-day business trips or roadshows, one chauffeur stays with you throughout.
